Solutioneer & Friendmaker Assistant at Upstream
POSITION TYPE: Entry/mid-level, reports to COO & Chief Friendmaker
LOCATION: Flexible; must be located within the U.S.
COMPENSATION: This remote position has a salary range of $35,000-$40,000 depending on experience. Benefits include, but are not limited to: 403b plan with employer match, vacation, holidays, sick, technology and co-working space reimbursements, and health stipend.

Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Solutioneer & Friendmaker Assistant to join our remote team in North America. This role requires 1-2 years of experience and has the opportunity for growth into a mid-range position within our team. This new position is focused on supporting executive functions, fundraising efforts, and customer service for our audience of “solutioneers”.
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities
- Administrative support for Upstream’s Leadership Team and Board of Directors
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact with Upstream’s external audiences
- Provide general fundraising support including researching prospective funders
- Manage emails and calendars for select Leadership Team positions
- Coordinate team events and retreats
- Provide note-taking and other administrative support of meetings as assigned
